These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from WOVENRIDGE HOME through https://wovenridgehome.com. The seller is REFFETT OAKSPIRE GROUP LLC.
1. Products
We sell home organization, storage and everyday accessories. Product pages describe available colors, dimensions, materials and included components. Products are not customized or personalized and are not designated as final sale.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Available payment methods appear at checkout. An order is subject to payment authorization and acceptance.
3. Order acceptance
The order confirmation acknowledges submission. We may refuse or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory or pricing error, delivery restriction or legal requirement. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Order changes and cancellation
Contact support@wovenridgehome.com or +1 956-793-1844 before shipment. Cancellation, address corrections and order changes can be considered only before dispatch and are not complete until confirmed.
5. Shipping
Free standard shipping is provided to eligible street addresses in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET. Processing takes 1-2 business days and estimated carrier transit takes 3-5 business days, for a total estimate of 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier disruption, severe weather, remote destinations and address issues may cause delay. Risk of loss transfers to the customer when delivery is completed, subject to applicable law and carrier investigation rights.
7. Returns and exchanges
Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Authorization is required. The authorized package must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days. We provide a prepaid label and pay authorized return and exchange shipping. Original packaging is not required and no restocking fee is charged.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3-10 business days to post the funds.
9. Product issues
Contact support@wovenridgehome.com promptly regarding a damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect item. Include the order number and photographs when reasonably available.
10. Consumer rights
These Terms do not exclude warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
Kentucky law and applicable federal law govern these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
